PACKAGING
All purchases are presented in a beautiful gift box or pouch with our compliments.
LAYBY
20% down payment at the time of purchase is required and the full balance to be paid within 6 weeks of the initial lay-by. On larger items we are happy to be flexible with extension of lay-by period.

GUARANTEE
Our Business is based solely on purchases from the American Southwest. We guarantee all purchases are US imported and most items are either signed or marked by the artist.
REPAIRS / RETURNS
We offer a 3 month workmanship warranty free of charge.
Items that have been damaged will only be charged actual repair costs from the silversmith and shipping. We only repair items purchased from us.
Returns will be assessed on an individual basis. We do not accept returns on items purely on the basis of an incorrect choice but gladly exchange. In the case of an item needing to be returned it must be done within 10 days of receipt and in original condition for 100% refund on price of item (excluding postage, handling and insurance).
